Warranty

We're so confident in our products we offer a free 1 year warranty on all items from the date of delivery, this only applies to manufacturer defects.

Turn Off, Disconnect, and Remove Power Banks: Ensure the heated garment is turned off, unplugged, and that any power bank or battery pack is removed. This is essential to avoid damage during washing.

Inspect the Garment: Check the garment for any loose wires or damage, as washing could worsen these issues.

Place in the Laundry Bag: Gently fold the garment and place it inside the laundry bag. This will protect the wiring and sensitive components from being tugged or damaged during the wash.

Secure the Bag: Zip or close the laundry bag securely to keep the garment safely inside.

Select a Gentle Cycle: Use a gentle or delicate wash cycle with cold water to protect the garment’s wiring and fabric. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the heating elements.

Use Mild Detergent: Add a mild detergent, avoiding bleach or fabric softeners, which could harm the garment.

Dry Carefully: After washing, remove the garment from the laundry bag and let it air dry completely. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can damage the heating elements.
