Return Policy

At HeatX Apparel, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility
Items must be brand new and unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging (including any bags, accessories, or documentation) to be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Inspection and Rejection Rights
We reserve the right to inspect returned items and reject any returns if they do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as socks, cannot be returned or refunded once opened or worn due to hygiene reasons.

Final Sale and Outlet Items
Items marked as Outlet, Clearance, or Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for eligible returns. HeatX Apparel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for standard returns. A Shipping fee of £3 will be deducted off your order (free for exchanges). However, if an item is determined to be genuinely damaged or defective upon investigation after the return is received, the customer will be eligible for a £3 shipping fee reimbursement.

How to Return

  1. Start Your Return Online: Please visit the Returns section in the footer of our website to initiate the return process through our online return form.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RMA): Once your return is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number helps us track and process your return quickly.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Include the RMA form in your package with the item(s) in original packaging, with tags and all contents.
  4. Ship the Package: Use your own shipping method to send the package back to us. Please retain your tracking information.

Note: The RMA number is important—it tells us that your return has been approved and helps us process your refund or exchange more efficiently. Please be sure to include it in your package.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you find any defects or if you've received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, you will be eligible for a £3 shipping fee reimbursement once the investigation is complete.
