Power Bank Recall

We are carrying out a precautionary recall and replacement of the Power Bank, which was included with the gilet.

This is a proactive step to ensure all products continue to meet the latest safety and quality standards.

What You Need To Do

1. Check if your order is affected
   Before taking any further steps, please email us with your order number so we can confirm if your order is part of this recall.

2. Stop using your current power bank immediately
   If your order is affected, please stop using the power bank straight away.

3. Dispose of it safely
   Take it to a local battery or e-waste recycling point, available at most recycling centres, supermarkets, or electronics stores.

   • Do not place it in household rubbish.

   • If possible, cover the battery terminals with tape before recycling.

   • For damaged or swollen units, take the full device to a hazardous waste or e-waste facility.

4. Request your replacement
   Once you’ve safely disposed of your power bank, please email us again with:

   • Your order number

   • Confirmation that you’ve disposed of the power bank

   • Your current delivery address for the replacement

A new replacement power bank will be provided that meets updated safety and quality standards.
